A breaker flipped in the morning when we turned on coffee maker, i alerted the landlord at 730am, we got back at 5ish and nothing was done. We needed the outlets that were connected to the bedroom for hisbands Cpap machine. Service at the front desk reflected the same lack of care: little acknowledgment when you arrive, almost inaudible communication, credit cards left on the counter instead of handed back, and no room number mentioned with the key. If this were a budget roadside inn, it might be easier to overlook. But this is Hyatt, a brand I’ve trusted for consistent quality. The gap between reputation and reality here was striking. I left wondering if the Hyatt sign out front was just for decoration.
