"Kind staff! Super clean and comfortable rooms!"

"Lobby area was nice enough, but hallways and other common areas were aged. Room was clean and comfortable as far as air conditioning, but severely outdated and needed a facelift, really the whole place aside from the lobby area does. Tub was cracked, sink was cracked, armchair in the room was worn. Shower barely had enough water pressure to make it out of the showerhead. Bathtub fixtures looked like they hadn't been changed out since the 90s. TV Remote had the batteries taped in and had to be slapped to work. Linens were clean and fresh, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Breakfast options were decent. Refrigerator and microwave in the room."

"Breakfast was pretty good. Juice machine was out of order and replaced with individual juices that were frozen solid. Other options were waffles, oatmeal packets, scrambled "eggs", sausage, and potatoes. Room was clean and decent size and beds were comfortable. Carpet in hallways was old, wrinkled and stained and water in shower did not get hot. "

"We were extremely satisfied with our stay. Our room was fantastic, quiet and very, very clean. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help answer any questions. We will definitely be staying again when we’re in the Knoxville area. "

"When we first came in the lobby smelled nice and even though it was outdated it looked very well maintained and welcoming. While going to our room there was stains on the floor throughout the hallways and the elevator was very dirty. We got to our room and immediately you could smell the mildew like the carpet was wet but it wasn’t wet tot the touch. Then we discovered trash and debris in the bedside table in under the sink in the bathroom. The shower leaked constantly creating a very annoying sound for the duration of our stay, the tub would back up with water and had so many stains in it. When we opened the closet door there were patches and stubs on the wall and a huge while that was cut out exposing pipes l, the ironing board was so dirty and stained up we refused to use it. The beside lamp didn’t work and the person on the other side of our conjoined room kept turning the handle and trying to open the door which was unsettling! We had no towels when we got there, no body wash and the shampoo was broken off the wall and just sitting in the tub. They offered continental breakfast but they way everything else looked, I was terrified to eat there. We brought these issues to the front desk and she portrayed to have an attitude because we had issues with the quality of the establishment. She did offer to change rooms but said that they wouldn’t be much different. We asked for a discount and she said that she couldn’t give any further discount because we booked through Expedia "

"We enjoyed the hot tub immensely. My Wife was thoroughly pleased while in the hot tub and relaxed."

"When we arrived, I was informed that I had accidentally made my reservation for the wrong date. The gentleman working the desk quickly remedied the situation and got us a room. Great customer service!"
