“Check-in and check out were easy enough. Customer service was satisfactory. But the property and rooms could use some help. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, you could only lock the doorknob (not the deadbolt) from the outside, and the stairs going up to the 2nd floor did not seem sturdy at all. I appreciated the fact that they were pet-friendly though. They didn't even charge extra for my little dog to stay.”
