The rooms attached to pub are great if you’re disabled . The staff are lovely a really nice family run place so welcoming in a beautiful little village with gorgeous surroundings peaceful . “I stayed because I wanted a cheap bed for the night to break a journey and Ox Hotel was fine for this. Easy to get to from M6- although Sat Nav didn't recognise street name- turn off London Road opposite the Retail Park with B&Q in it- road goes up a hill and you can see an NHS clinic at the top. Hotel and room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Polycotton bedding. There is parking- you have to tell reception your registration number. Car park well lit.
