"Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that."

"We stayed for a week. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and had nice views. It is only 200m walk to the U-Bahn station and about 1.3km to the city centre. So it was a great base from which to explore the city. Hafen Stadt is fairly quiet and and there isn't much traffic compared to other parts of the city which we liked.
