“John, the owner of the property is very nice and communicative. The house is new and John is just finishing the new deck. It's not on the lake it's across the street but you can still see the lake. If he is able to cut down a couple of trees it would be an absolutely beautiful view. We only stayed 1 night because we were going back and forth to Watkins Glen International. John wanted to make sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible and contacted us several times to verify we found it and...

“You had to drive quite a bit aways to reach places but it's a rural area. Very beautiful, neighborhood is very friendly to everyone. Very helpful with directions and questions. It's quiet and peaceful. If you need tranquility this is the place. ”

“Beautiful lake front property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Cool workout area with sauna that we only wish we had used more. Deck with nice view of Waneta Lake and easy access from house to dock for lake swimming and other water activities. A bit of a drive to nearest towns and most wineries and breweries but overall good location on smaller more accessible lake. Host was very responsive to questions and thankfully was not needed for any issues. Overall great experience.”
