Sorry DO NOT STAY check in 4 got in room 1022.NO EXCUSES NOTHING TAW SEWAGE IN LOBBY BATHROOM 2 towels for 2 adults called for more got 3 floor mats 1 towel and 2 washcloths with holes!! Room smelled funny, no pot smell NASTINESS NOT CLEAN SMELL RUDE AND CRUDE CHECK IN EVEN MANAGMENT POOL BATHROOM 2nd day had raw sewage overflow and shutdown huge mold in pool area and mold in ceiling falling in pool bathroom cold food in salt and sizzle restaurant, No tomatoes 4 customers and waited half hour for hamburger and nachos slots super tight been Rewards member 15 years told by Cage worker and manager I wasn’t, had husband send my rewards card information and after being BELITTLED by these IDIOTS and WASTED TIME I finally got a new card, 3 cards the 1st night new card 4 times the next 2 days Machines wouldn’t eat cards NEVER HAD SUCH A HARD TIME SPENDING MONEY!!! Pool edging RUINED my NEW bathing suit, pool towels very limited, I could go on BUT I will let you decide at least 20 other people or couples with SAME BS and NOOOOOOO REASONS, NO EXPLANATION NOTHING!!! I had reservations for 3 months and I DROVE 7 hours that day had no room, couldn’t rest, NO shower Thank god no kids! SPENT EXTRA MONEY WAITING. Could not keep dinner reservations either.HAPPY FRIGGIN 70ith BIRTHDAY!!! Day leaving got $75.00 voucher to USE While there, Couldn’t be transferred or Used at another date!!!
I dealt with assistant hotel manager 2nd day, She took her Title to the friggin MAX with me DONT
