"Nice breakfast and parking. The building is pretty outdated and needs some modernization."

"Stayed before and really enjoyed it and had a nice double queen room. On this stay, when we checked in they said they only had a ‘standard’ room w two queens available. I didn’t know that their standard rooms were different - subpar- from their other rooms, especially because they’re the same cost? Upon entering the room, I was hit was an overpowering smell of carpet and/ room cleaner…then I detected the faint scent of cigarette smoke. Clearly it had been a smoking room in the past or was, and I wasn’t informed. The cleaning smell was horrible- we kept the screen door open to attempt to air it out. The room and bathroom was run down and nothing like the room we stayed in previously. I was too exhausted from my travels to relocate but heed my warning- if they offer you a standard room- do not accept it! "

"Room was not properly cleaned, pop spill on nightstand and on remote, garbage in basket. No hand towels or washcloths. No facial tissues. Holes in drapes. Dogs barking during the night. Property is in need of a upgrade."

"A/C was excellent. This place is only about a year old so is very clean and well appointed. I traveled with my little dog and our first floor room was right across the hall from the doggy grass/relief area. Very clean and convenient. My only (small) complaint is that their coffee is horrible. And the rooms have kitchenettes- 3 burner stovetop, full refrigerator, sink and microwave. But no utensils or cups/glasses in the cupboards. Maybe if you’re staying for several days they could be provided. For 2 nights the bed was extremely comfy and bathroom/shower were clean and functional. "

"Tthe carpet was dirty. There were stains and dirt marks covering the entire carpet, starting in the hall and continuing into the room. They tried to cover the smell with fragrance. Luckily the windows opened and the bedding was clean."

"I was trying to contact the property to let them know I wouldnt make it for my reservation. Q I knew I wasn’t eligible for a refund, but I thought I’d let them know. There was no easy way for communication either by calling this place or using the website through you."

"Breakfast at 8:45 on a Sunday morning was too busy and most of the food was gone and coffee was out. No cups for juice. In the room the toilet didn’t flush well and needed to be plunged by me and the ac was noisy. Would get loud and then quiet. Woke me up a few times. Over all I wasn’t too happy. Would not stay again"

"Nice clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great tv channels. Nice and great breakfast area. Love breakfast encluded. The pool was very nice great layout and clean and beautiful. Recommend 100%. A must stay.."
