“The condo was nice and having the boat dock was good. Make plans ahead if bringing a boat to figure out where you will store your trailer. The condo area has no place and when we called the number recommended for payed storage, they never responded back to us. Luckily for us we had a friend in the area who let us keep our boat trailer at his house or it could of been a bad situation. Also plan to pay a $15 boat sticker fee that the condo association requires. There is limited parking for……

We've stayed at various places throughout Green Cove and this was by far the best vacation I've ever had. The condo's were perfect, clean, cozy and well stocked. The boat dock isn't a far walk and was great for our 19' bayliner. The host is friendly, quick to respond and just wonderful to work with. ”
