“For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!”

“There was hair in the shower, I was told there wasn’t shuttle parking when we arrived but when I booked it said there was, I was told i didn’t have to pay for parking then when I came in to show them my receipt for the uber (was told I’d be compensated) I was then told my car would’ve been towed if I left since I didn’t pay for parking (was told the evening before by staff I only had to pay after 8days of parking). Will never be returning to this facility.”

“They need a better Breakfast / Lunch area. Copper Wisk is to small and you have to stand in line to get waited on.”

“Marsha at the front desk is amazing. The rooms are updated and a nice size. They are very clean with one exception- the walls above the bed were covered with dust. This is a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance to all the Main Street shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.”

“This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th ”

“1. Construction on every floor, was not made aware. And couldn't use pool. 2. I originally booked the room for $174 + a $50 security fee thatd get returned. They tried charging me $290 before the fee. But luckily I had the reservation on hand and they honored the $224 and eventually returned the fee. 3. Side door kept getting propped open by I assume the construction workers. But when items were removed by those of us staying there, another item magically appeared not long after. Front desk……

“When we arrived it was a young boy out in his car playing music really loud but it was still early so I let it be. Walking in the door to check in and the same young boy walked behind to go to the front desk. Come to find out he worked there so he checked me in I went to my room to put my luggage away and the rooms most definitely needs to be remodeled. I left to go get food come back the same young boy was outside standing by the door smoking weed. ”

“When you look at the outside, it looks like a halfway decent motel. Inside needs painting and major updating. The beds were comfortable, but awful bedding and pillows were pathetic,. The TV worked for half the night I’m one of those that have to sleep with the TV on and then it turned into no signal and never would come back on,.Then I went outside my door to the left, and there was trash everywhere, including a glove and then several insulin syringes on the ground and trash everywhere I spoke……
