“We stayed for three nights and had no maid service or housekeeping. Ran out of tp and there was no staff to ask for more. Just bought some ourselves. It was nice enough but very little staff working. ”

“Black scum around toilet bowl and bath tub drain blocked with hair. One sock sticking out from under bed. Refrigerator needed to be leveled before we dared put anything in it.How ever once room cleaned it was a perfect location and we enjoyed our stay.”

“I only used the Keurig Coffee which was fine. As I was only there for one night I didn't need to cook. The room was very clean and all the expected Convenience items were there - Shampoo, face soap etc.”

“2nd time staying , perfect spot to rest for a night in between wine tasting along Narramata bench , also ideal as it’s at the end of the road cycle across KVR trail from Myra Canyon. After a long cycle , it was wonderful to be greeted with such friendliness and enjoy some tasty bites with a wine taste which was included with our stay . Rooms very comfy , and a nice big bath to unwind ”
