“Had a wonderful stay in a nice development.”

“Our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication with the hosts was exceptional—clear, prompt, and friendly. The home was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t have been better, with the tiki bar and pool just a short, easy walk away. The outdoor charcoal BBQ was conveniently located almost right outside our door in the common park area, making it perfect for relaxed outdoor meals. We would wholeheartedly recommend……

“Very unimpressed. Place was not clean at all, legit dirty. Owners things everywhere. When confronting the owner he stated it was forsale and “it couldn’t be that dirty”. Unfortunately it was and I sent pictures to prove so. Also in this neighbourhood you are not allowed short term rentals only 30 days so beware of that. One coffee cup and two espresso cups, dirty coffee filter left in the pot as well as men’s hair everywhere. Basic necessities like hand soap not provided. Missing furniture from……

“We had the most wonderful stay at this home! Everything was immaculate and so well organized and decorated! It was absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful view of the golfers from the screened in porch. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Everything was absolutely perfect, not one complaint!”
