“The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”

“Property was clean and quiet, we rented a large apartment, location is far from stores so not ideal if you don’t have a car. ”

“Perfect condo for a small family! You can’t get any closer to the beach. Suggestions for improvement would be change the screen door, update the couches and install a heavier shower curtain. Overall, we loved it! ”

“Close to restaurants, beachfront, room had everything you need. Full size refrigerator was great usually you get a tiny refrigerator. Kitchen had stove and microwave. Property has a front gate with full time security. Had a great time and will be back in the near future. ”

“The resort is family friendly. It is a timeshare property, so be prepared to be asked to attend a presentation. In the description on the hotels.com website, we were told there would be a golf credit which we had planned for. When we arrived we were told that was no longer available , which was very disappointing. I took a screenshot of the description and shared with resort staff but it was not honored. ”

“We’ve come to Savannah, staying in Tybee for the last four years while our son was attending SCAD. We pick a different house each time (4-5 times a year). This trip was to celebrate his graduation and it was by far our favorite! Only bummed we didn’t discover it sooner. Although it’s historic, it is so well kept and has every amenity you’d like. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms renovated beautifully, the kitchen was well stocked and the pool and yard are so clean. We LOVED bowling……

“My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. We were only down for a few days for fishing but had a great time. Right on the beach, within walking distance to Coligny plaza which has food and shopping. Nothing fancy but we enjoyed our stay.”

“It was small, but fit our needs perfectly. Lots of towels and blankets. My daughters slept on the pull out bed and slept well. Lots of cute turtle decor! Easy walk to a nice beach. It wasn’t too crowded. We really enjoyed it.”
