"We drove 10 hours and arrived on a Friday evening. We pulled in and were met by a security guard w/ a bad attitude who immediately began barking orders. The receptionist was kind that night but every other day shift receptionist was blatantly rude. No complimentary anything. The lobby boasts complimentary coffee but at 8am the one coffee pot was empty and the receptionist snapped at us that "we just started our shift";half hour later there was still no coffee and no one seemed worried about it....

The king size bed was a necessity for me and my husband, as he is a big guy. We saved a bunch of money by cooking in. The washer and dryer were also essentials for us. We loved being able to walk across the street to get to the beach. Ample, easy parking. "
