“We very much enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful (especially when we couldn't find the kayak paddles, lol). We took advantage of almost all the amenities, bike rides in the morning, kayaked out to St. Lucie Inlet Preserve Park (had the beach to ourselves), pool to cool off, even turned on the gas fireplace for all of 15 mins before it made the room too warm. Did not see the downstairs tenant at all and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Would definitely stay again...

“We had to change rooms three times. First room was for one person, second room had a leaking ac unit which leaked over our clothes, luggage, and shoes. Rugs were damp and dirty. Barest minimum kitchen utensils which preventing cooking. Lights would come on during the night for no reason. This was by far the worst stay ever. ”

“The place is nice & clean but they were doing some remodeling- no screen on the patio or patio furniture. No screen on front door or windows. There was remodeling items In the patio; like a latter and paint supplies. The king bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable to the neck after the first night sleep. “Liked the property but the automatic camera and security light on the outdoor patio was a bit much. Didn't feel private out there and the light would shine right in your eyes any time you moved. Hard to sit out there and enjoy the nice FL evening. Overall a great location.”

“The positive, If you are homeless then this is an upgrade! I really tried to not be critical & over look things as this was an inexpensive place to just sleep at night while working. I stay at cheap hotels & overlook cosmetic issues, if it’s clean & comfortable, I don’t care about the tile/fixtures/linens, you get a great review. So I wasn’t going to complain that the bathroom was a do-it-yourself nightmare. Newly remodeled bathroom has a hole cut out of the wall so the toilet is half inside...
