Hilton Long Island/Huntington

Hilton Long Island/Huntington

8/10 Good
"The only bad thing I’ll say is the hot water was horrible. The first day, it was kinda hot. The second day, warm. And by the third day, I took an ice cold shower. It might be because other folks were also showering but that shouldn’t happen in a hotel like a Hilton, in my opinion. The staff were receptive to the feedback and apologized for the inconvenience. The staff were all super nice and on the last day, I observed an employee step out of his normal work detail and help someone who was trying to jumpstart their car with another guests car. He went out and helped them get it right. Went out of his way and it was nice to see."
