“Unclean and unkept”

“The room was most definitely neglected. It was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like an ashtray. There were roaches every where. The ceilings were cracked and you could see outside. The smoke alarm was hanging out of the wall with no batteries and had exposed wires. I was beside myself. I ended up leaving as quick as I got there. ”

“Mostly excellent. Was a bit disappointed in the fitness room, however. Several of the exercise machines were improperly configured or calibrated. Excellent fitness facilities are among my reasons for choosing Hampton Inn hotels. This is why I downgraded my evaluation from a 5 to a 4.”

“Poor condition and unprofessional management We stayed at the Quality Inn Cullman I-65 Exit 310 during a youth volleyball tournament and booked three rooms at $134 per night. Unfortunately the condition of the hotel did not match the listing. The rooms were worn and poorly maintained. Towels were yellowed the room door had chipped paint and it smelt very bad. The hotel also appears much nicer in the online photos than it does in person. The building itself seems poorly constructed as well. The……
