When I arrived at that hour—having already made the reservation—they told me that the hotel was full (something that we ALL KNOW IS ALWAYS A LIE; they simply don't want to give you your room at that time of night). ALL I WANTED WAS TO REST AFTER A LONG JOURNEY. When I filed a complaint through Expedia to request a refund—since I was unable to use the room at the time I needed to rest—the Expedia agent gave me hope, assuring me that my money would be refunded because I had not utilized the reservation. Two days later, I received a notification stating that you—Hampton Inn—had not approved my refund request. (Thieves!)"
