“The beach access and view was amazing. However when we arrived the condo was not cleaned. We literally walked in to the condo were the last family just left. After i reached out to management they sent someone to clean the condo. we had the sheets replaced and the house cleaned.at first it seemed great but when we were doing the bed in the morning lots of dust on side and behind bed pretty disgusted. Dont get me wrong the place to stay is amazing all the way around. I was not satisfied with the……

“Entire stay was great. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and the putting green. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. ”

“When we got to the room, it was very apparent that the room wasn’t ready for us. The bedding was on the coach, wet towels on the floor in the bathroom, and food left in the refrigerator. Also, it was good that I was provided a code for the door since the office closes at 4:00 which is the check in time. No way to get help. I messaged the property manager and received a phone call with an alternative condo within 15 minutes.”
