"We stayed for 2 nights in the fall for a family event at Stratford Harbor. The house was pristine and cozy. Loved the fenced backyard for the pets and the walk ability of the town. The host and back up host were VERY responsive."

"Perfect location and perfect property! The condo was great for our anniversary! The furnishings and amenities were top notch! We would go back again 100%. Recommend renting a golf cart. "Yes, the room was clean, but there were no extra towels, the light in the refrigerator was out, I didn’t know there was a switch to cut power on in certain parts of the room. I thought the lights were all burnt out or something. I asked the front desk to send someone to check it out and the never came to the room, you have to pay $6.00 per day to park there. I was there for four days, they didn’t clean the room once, no fresh towels, nothing. A night representative was secretly on her phone and had this horrible attitude with me when I asked for another parking pass. My bed felt like it was slanted down from the bottom to the head board. Overall, it was the perfect are for my visit but below average for the price and my comfort. "

"The Hotel is Nickle and Dime your guest to Death !! You charge for a parking lot AT your hotel ! you charge $7 for a bowl of ceral and $15 for eggs !! Best Western offers FREE breakfast of ceral and hot scrambled eggs with bacon !! Best Western does not charge me to Park IN their parking lot. AND the bathtub faucet was broken. When I turned on the shower - half water was still going to tub and HALF to upper shower. You should take ALL the money from parking and Breakfast and do some repairs to the bathrooms. The toilet seat was cracked also. You charge a lot and do Not give you guest a lot for their money !"
