“ This is an adorable beach cottage, very clean, with a private beach on the other side of the street, directly infront of the house. Vincente was very prompt to reply to any questions, and the outside shower was fantastic! Bring your bikes!! Really a great host, thank you for sharing your home with us!”

This house is listed as having two bathrooms. The house does not have two bathrooms. It has one small bathroom and an outdoor shower that……

“Great place for me and my husband. Pictures were extremely accurate. Beautiful view from the Deck and very peaceful and quiet. Well stocked and very clean. Just one thing...the remote for the living room TV needed to be charged. No batteries...its solar and there is a charger in the living room for the TV. This should be added to the book, as I had never seen anything like this before and couldn't figure out how to work it. Attempted to email the property manager and they had no idea about the……

The lake is crystal clear and there are plenty of boats and floats to use on the water. There are also plenty of games to play inside to keep you busy in case of rain. “I reserved this cottage for a one-night stay after visiting with friends and before flying home to Colorado. It is exactly as described on VRBO and is a perfect retreat. It's very well finished, located on the water, surrounded by green grass, trees, and many birds, and it is very tranquil. It is also very well located. It was perfect! “I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud……

“A great time we came with our daughter and future son-in-law for her 23rd birthday. We had an amazing time the property manager and maintenance person was very approachable and helpful when we had a small issue. Would definitely come back again. House was very clean and photos were just as they were on the website for the most part all in all a really nice stay. Thank you Beth and Kevin for making our weekend perfect.”

“We arrived by ferry for a two day stay. The house is just up from the ferry in a good location with nice views of the bay. One thing I would have liked to know before booking is that there is a boil alert for the island meaning you can't drink the water and have to bring water with you. The house was very comfortable and it was nice to drink coffee in the morning in the sunroom. There were a lot of extra fees that drove up the price. Not sure I would rent a place like this in the future.”

“Overall we had an amazing time! It is a relaxing spot and the pool was just what we all needed. The kitchen had everything you needed. There is shopping close for all of your needs! You do need to bring your own linens and the river was not passable for us to kayak down to the attached pond but it didn't matter because we had so much fun in the pool! Marie was very responsive and kind. We will be back!”
