"It was so nice to have our own little house. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The staff were very friendly. We would absolutely come back again! Just one heads up the fridge is the size of a hotel one. We only stayed 2 nights so not as big a deal but if staying a week it would have been because ..."

"Super quaint , clean ,the bed was comfortable and we loved the all in one radio. My husband enjoyed the choice of eclectic music . Only things is , if you use the stove ( we decided to have a midnight frozen pizza ) the smoke alarms do go off very easy .😂. No worries , just fan a towel ."
"This cozy cottage is in a great location, is immaculately clean and the host is incredibly kind and a great communicator! This was perfect for a long weekend away with my husband and we can’t wait to book our next trip back to the cottage!"
"We stayed here for a long weekend and it was exactly what we needed to refresh from the crazy city life. The property was spotless and the decor cozy. Denise was a wonderful host checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and also gave us the best recommendations as this was our first time ..."
"Nice clean cottage with lots of outside patio areas. Perfect for small family. Make sure a/c is turned on/functioning. The outside compressor looked new but wouldn't come on no matter how we set the thermostat and it did get hot one day."

"The hotel is in the ideal location in Newport. The rooms are clean, modern and the availability of comfortable common space options both indoors and out more than made up for the compact room size. Fabulous stay in Newport. "
"This Howard Johnson was great. The staff was friendly and on top of their game! The Applebees that is attached to the motel needs a lot of attention. The restaurant is short staffed and inexperienced. I found the bartender to be awesome -- she ended up having to manage the bar and take on tables as well. The manager, though young was also doing his best. He'd fill in to help with the bar and also wait tables. There aren't tons of dining areas around this Howard Johnson and having an Applebees should be a great thing for the hotel if only Applebees had the help they needed to serve their customers."
