This home provides a rare opportunity to stay on a private pond, amidst 430 acres of conservation land protected by The Nature Conservancy and The Audubon Society. The Long Pond-Ell Pond preserve is a Rhode Island treasure and the state’s only National Natural Landmark and provides extraordinary privacy. For security and insurance, there are outdoor security cameras pointed at the entrance, waterfront and fire pit. This exceptional home boasts over 450' of direct waterfront and 7.5+ acres of land surrounding. You will find easy access to miles of hiking trails that stretch from Route 3 into Connecticut. All of us loved the spectacular home and tranquil setting. We talked, barbecued, played board games, and really felt disconnected from the rest of the world for a few days, and spent a lot of time making plans for making our next trip there together!

Perfect location!

Located lakeside at the end of a long dead end road, this property could not have been more perfect. The owners have made full use of the view with open indoor spaces, large windows and multiple outdoor spaces. This includes a great dock, paddle boards and a slide. Everyone was delighted, and we ranged in age from 6 to 86. A fabulous vacation.

A Truly Beautiful Stay

My family booked this home for a birthday getaway weekend and it was wonderful. The building and property are beautiful and well maintained. There are so many beds and private spaces that everyone had plenty of room while we were there. And while the inside of the house is great, the back along the lake was truly exceptional. The patio has plenty of seating and a spectacular view. We could not recommend the is property enough.

Great Place

New England getaway

Big house with room for lots of people adults and kids. Great location on lake basically all by yourself. We kayaked across the lake and hiked around it. Many other hiking trails in the area. Great history in all directions. Easy access to skiing and the ocean.

The perfect getaway house

A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The access to the water is amazing, plus the sleeping accommodations are perfect for lots of people. The kitchen was also very well equipped and great for cooking for a large group. We had a great time, and I would highly recommend this to anyone! Hope to return soon.

Perfect home for family gathering

This home was the perfect place for my siblings and I to spend the long weekend. My siblings and I always enjoyed summers in the Westerly, RI area and this home was the perfect distance between Westerly and Mystic (another favorite place). The home was clean and in a gorgeous location looking over a quiet pond. Strongly recommend this home and hope to visit it again.

Awesome Getaway Not Far From Boston

My friends and I had an incredible time at this property. Just an hour and a half from Boston, we were shocked to feel so "off the grid" and enjoy some peace and privacy. The house is beautiful, modern, and very accommodating for groups. We really enjoyed the access to the pond, hot tub, and space for outdoor fun. Would 10/10 recommend.

Perfect Lake House

The property and location are awesome. They have all the amenities that you would need/want. Everything was clean and organized. Check in was very easy. We spent most of our days on the lake with the paddle boards or kayaks. It’s very secluded and peaceful out there. Would definitely stay again!

Community Gathering

This was a delightful gathering of dear friends who came across a few state borders to gather at this lovely spot and spend a weekend together. Beautiful, secluded with a wood stove, swimming and hot tub, it served the group perfectly. And if able we will definitely come again and again.

Rainy week

We managed to have a great time despite the cloudy, wet weather. The house was as advertised and there was plenty of room for us all. We swam, floated, kayaked and fished when the weather permitted and did a few day trips when it rained. We would definitely go back again and hope for more sunshine. We all agreed the best part of the house was its seclusion and privacy.
