“We had an amazing time at this hotel. We definitely will be coming back. I’d give the staff 5 stars because the front desk staff was on point and so friendly. Daniel the bartender in the hotel bar is super awesome. The valet team were great. The only reason I gave the staff 4 stars was because the two bartenders in the ski lodge bar were beyond rude. Completely ignored me several times. It was so noticeable that a man behind me saw it and he and his friends decided to leave and take their money……

“The service at this hotel was excellent. As soon as we arrived we were greeted at the front door and they were so great at taking our luggage right away and directing us to the front desk. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay.
