The property is outdated and I was hit with unexpected parking fees that wasn't disclosed when I booked the property and that was one thing I was seeking to avoid when looking for a place to stay. The room was clean overall but was stains and dirty when closely inspected. I needed an iron during my stay and the one in the room was dirty and all the ones they located were dirty or not working. “I didn't like that checkin wasn't until 4p. After a 5-hour drive, I didn't want to wait for my room to be ready, but if I paid $150 for early checkin I bet they would have had a room ready. At Shorebreak they let me checkin early without an additional fee and gave me an upgraded room without an additional fee. Whoever was above me was making noise @ 2:30 am!”
