“I didn't like that checkin wasn't until 4p. After a 5-hour drive, I didn't want to wait for my room to be ready, but if I paid $150 for early checkin I bet they would have had a room ready. At Shorebreak they let me checkin early without an additional fee and gave me an upgraded room without an additional fee. Whoever was above me was making noise @ 2:30 am!”

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

The property is outdated and I was hit with unexpected parking fees that wasn't disclosed when I booked the property and that was one thing I was seeking to avoid when looking for a place to stay. The room was clean overall but was stains and dirty when closely inspected. I needed an iron during my stay and the one in the room was dirty and all the ones they located were dirty or not working. “The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.”

“They did not clearly post anywhere that there was a $100 pet fee. I only found out about this when I was checking out. We only stayed one night and that was about half of our bill. The staff was not very enthusiastic or eager to help and gladly charged me this outrageous fee at this "pet friendly" establishment. It's not friendly to charge an arm and a leg just for our service animal to stay with us.”
