“Everything was great excited to go back again ”

“Beautiful location,great staff!”

“Waited till 5 pm to check in..then a room with the restaurant vent directly in front of balcony. On 3 rd floor...no partial ocean view as described...restaurant flavors had no depth in the dishes... everything is. Over priced... 2 hundred more i d atay at 4 season's..better everything....”

“Check in was literally at 4pm. Other guest were able to check in prior. Was an inconvenience trying to have the children change into swimsuits without a room and luggage. Pool slide closed at 5pm. The room had a weird smell to it when checked in. ”

“Room was cute and worked for our night stay. Beautiful view of the beach from the deck. Patio furniture could use a good cleaning. Did not have a top sheet on either bed, which was strange. And the parking is very tight. It’s in a very walkable location. ”

“The breakfast looked wonderful unfortunately I did not eat. I did have a yogurt though. But everybody that was there was enjoying it. I can say that. I had breakfast with my family on the two days that I was able to eat breakfast there but the breakfast area was full of people, and they were eating it.”

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

“We got this because we thought there was a view of the beach but there isn’t. The room was clean but we did end up googling a bug that we found on our bed. We were on the 2nd floor and there were spots of the floor that seemed a little too squishy. However, we felt safe and it was a decent enough place to call home for a single night. ”

“The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.”

“Very nice property. Just too many steps. I didn’t realize there was no elevator, plus in room steps to get to the bathroom. Hotel should have better cautions on web page noting no elevator. Otherwise no other complaints, can get any closer to beach. Lots food n bars close by. ”
