“It was a bit outdated the elavators where out of order and there was no alternate route their should always bestairwell access our room was only On the second floor and they kept locking the door to the stairs. ”

“Check in was literally at 4pm. Other guest were able to check in prior. Was an inconvenience trying to have the children change into swimsuits without a room and luggage. Pool slide closed at 5pm. The room had a weird smell to it when checked in. ”

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

“The AC system is way too loud, which decreased the sleeping quality. The room is spacious but the bathroom is a bit outdated.”

The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.”
