“A wonderful stay! The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. The location is great, too. Highly recommended! It is peaceful, and you feel like you are in your own sanctuary. It is near stores and restaurants, and parking is close to your room. It feels like you have your own studio with a refrigerator, a microwave, a TV, a nice room setup, and a nice bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The air conditioner and heater work perfectly, and……

“The corridor on the fourth floor smells very bad.”

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

“This was a beautiful resort with beach access, towels and chairs available and multiple pools, including an 18 and over pool. There were multiple restaurants and shops on the property as well. Perfect relaxing weekend!”

“The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They always looked forward to helping visitors either staying in the hotel or not. In addition, they always made sure our room was reset and some days were twice a day, which was really awesome.”
