Customer service was just impeccable!! Our kids enjoyed the 3 beds up in the loft area and pac man arcade game it had. the hot tub on our private patio was a hit and we enjoyed that. Loved the breakfast items in the fridge that were there for us to enjoy. We appreciated the cleanliness, little touches of hospitality, snacks, breakfast items, cookware, etc. Communication with staff was easy, clear and helpful. It was very quiet, very clean, very aesthetically, pleasing bungalows & a beautiful unique property. It is safe and it was a very cool experience. We loved our bungalow with the loft room. It was perfect and we had a private hot tub as well & they are pet-friendly with a doggy area on the property. If we had any questions, they answered us right away via text. It was very nice of them to have complementary breakfast food in the fridge for us to eat and snacks. They really take care of their guests. I highly recommend this property. It’s very convenient and close to all of the parks. There is also a little convenient/gift store on the property. Our room was so neat and tidy with everything needed for our day. Our host Bryce was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Our fridge was stocked with some breakfast items, which was nice. There is also a general store on-site with basic necessities/ gift store.
