The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean.

“I’ve stayed here many times before. In my opinion this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in during my visits to Liverpool. It’s in a great location, not too far away from the city centre. Liverpool One is approximately a twenty minute walk away. It’s a nice walk along the dockside.
The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are friendly and really helpful. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds and the facilities are spot on.

“The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived.
I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room.
I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and……

“This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.”
