“Positiv: Wohnung sehr geräumig und sauber. Neutral/Negativ: Küche sehr schlecht ausgestattet: Keine Geschirrtücher und Spültücher/Schwämme für den Abwasch vorhanden. Sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck, so dass man gezwungen war laufend abzuwaschen. Wohnung sehr hellhörig und laut: Schlafräume gehen in Innnenhöfe, in denen man sämtliche anderen Mieter hört und liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. Ausstattungsmerkmale nicht korrekt, da nicht vorhanden: - Keine Terrasse - Kein Balkon - Kein Garten……

“Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaub in dem Haus Kiko. Auch für unsere 3 jährige Tochter Bot das Haus durch die Dachterrasse genügend Ort zum Spielen und sein. Wir konnten Vormittage und Abende gut in der Unterkunft verstreichen lassen und es war sehr ruhig. Laura war immer erreichbar für uns und ihr Vater eine Hilfe beim Austauschen der Gas Kartuschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ”
