Imperial Beach Vacation Rental Description:
Welcome to Palm Ave, our newest property in Imperial Beach. Palm Ave is only one block away from the beach! This gorgeous two bedroom, two bath condo has more than 1,200 square feet of living space. Complete with a balcony, outdoor dining area, and bbq grill. This property has a private garage with direct access to the individual units – guests can also access it from the street. Upon entering the beach house, you will find a newly remodeled open floor plan living area with a large flat-screen TV (DVD player, Netflix, & free wifi), a dining room, kitchen, and full bath. The comfortable sofa turns into a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress.
On the second floor are two newly decorated bedrooms with brand new queen size beds and large closets. The second full bath is situated between both bedrooms for convenient access. There is a portable play pin and highchair with a baby gate in the garage for our extra young guests. We want it to be easy for you to have a good time, so we have stocked our condo with two bikes, two boogie boards, a portable BBQ, a wagon, some beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and a few sand toys for you to use while on vacation. We also have a washer & dryer in the unit located in the garage. Condo also provides A/C for the too Hot summer days.

Holiday Stay in IB
Stephanie's condo was the perfect location and accommodation for us. We spent two weeks over the Christmas/New Year holiday to spend time with family who live in IB. The condo was generously supplied with everything we needed, including some holiday extra goodies. We enjoyed some of the nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. Nice to have a secure garage space. Communication with the owner was easy, quick and efficient. Would be happy to stay here again.

So much more than pictures can say...
This by far has been the most beautiful and functional space we have rented for a family trip. The condo is immaculate and neatly stocked with cooking supplies both essential and some extras. The location is prime! It's so close to the beach were my son walked to spent most of his days. The local restaurants are close and affordable. The neighborhood felt safe with a laid back vibe. We felt like it's a home away from home. Stephanie was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. I'm grateful for finding this gem. I look forward to coming back in the in future.

Relaxing and fun filled vacation in sunny San Diego!
The property was perfect for our family of four. There were snacks and bottled water when we arrived which was absolutely brilliant. The chairs, toys, and bikes were much loved by our 10 year old son. The property was cozy, clean, and spacious…and wonderfully decorated. The location is perfect to walk to get ice cream, dinner, or to go fly a kite on the beach. My son and I are early birds so we walked thousands of steps on the beach, grabbed breakfast, and just enjoyed the area. This was our best VRBO/rental experience yet!

Cheerful and all the amenities for a wonderful beach vacay!
My mom and I had a wonderful stay and made wonderful memories at Stephanie's condo just off the beach. This cozy place has ALL the amenities of home -kitchen, bath, beach toys...everything you could imagine and it's all a block and a half from the beach. The house was clean and decorated so cute. There were even little snack provided on the kitchen counter :) The neighborhood was relatively quiet and neighbors we met in passing were very nice. Stephanie was easy to get hold of for any questions.

Photos disappointingly outdated
We chose this property partially for the photos of the outdoor space which looked clean, comfy and full of bright functional furnishings. What we got was wholly lacking- only two sad chairs, a dirty bbq, dirty rug and the neighbours overgrown landscaping. Tile floors in bathrooms were very clean in contrast to grimy rugs and floors in the main room. Deep cleaning grossly overdue. Location was good, as expected so was the garage, we felt safe in this neighbourhood. I wish we could say we will be back, but we won’t.

Can’t say enough good comments about this condo! It was clean, and had wonderful amenities. The appliances are top notch and the beds were extremely comfortable. And the shower… never been in any better!! It’s only about a 15 second walk to the ocean. Wonderful stay!!

Beautiful spot!
My husband and I stayed here with another couple to celebrate our dual baby moons. This place was filled with everything we needed from kitchenware, towels, blankets, beach wagon and chairs, etc absolutely everything we needed. The home was perfectly clean and so close to the ocean and stores. We really enjoyed our stay! Easy check in and out and good communication was another bonus!

Perfect family beach getaway
Stephanie and Bernardo's condo is the ideal home away from home in sunny San Diego. Just a short walk from the beach, it is cozy and equipped with everything a young family needs. The little touches like bikes, beach toys and boogie boards in the garage to breakfast pastries to smooth over a delayed flight to a birthday cake(!) make Stephanie and Bernardo amazing hosts. Imperial Beach is a charming laid back community, away from the busier tourist centers but still close to the city and the beach.

Great location, very comfortable, comes complete with boogie boards, and all the beach toys you would ever use. Two wonderful outside patios. This was one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed - a terrific value. We had a couple of problems - T.V. and garbage disposal - Bernardo was there immediately once we notified him, and everything was back up and working within hours. We cannot say enough good things about how Stephanie & Bernardo were so responsive to our needs. This is a place we will stay again.

Beautiful condo
The condo is very clean and has everything provided by the owners for a relaxing stay. The ocean is a block or so away. You can walk to restaurants and felt very safe at this location. A big plus is the washer and dryer that is in the garage.

Amazing place! Perfect for families.
This place is perfect for families who want to have a beach week. 2 minute walk to the beach, really good food nearby, and so much equipment to do whatever you could possibly want! Boogie board, sand toys, bikes, cooler, wagon, stroller, high chair, pack'n'play, board games; they have it all! Check-in was so easy, so was checkout. There was stuff for infants (we had our 9 month old) stuff for kids (5-7) and stuff for adults and teens! It's cozy, loved having ac when needed and the whole place was just nice! Will definitely be coming back here! Perfect for families!
