Apartments in Indian Point for Rent

"We went for a weekend getaway it’s very close to Silver Dollar City we normally do cabins but wanted to try a condo. When we arrived and was checking out everything we ran across a few things we found unpleasant. The floors in the kitchen was bubbling as if they have been wet a few times. Holes in the back of the doors of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The tiles in the bathrooms was so cracked that there was missing grout. "We appreciate the walk-in and no stairs was a plus. Would appreciate a walk-in shower. FYI there are safety bars for each shower. But they are not located in a useable way. They need to be installed on the other end of the shower. This is a safety issue. Also the tub is very slippery. A safety bar in the shower would also be helpful.I know this sounds petty but I don’t want to fall. The deck is lovely in the morning. The morning sun is welcome. But the entire apartment needs a redo: paint, new...

"We were just coming down for a couple nights and found this little place to stay. It had everything we needed only question is that it stated pastries in the description and showed pictures but we never saw any pastries."

"The beds in the down stairs rooms were very uncomfortable. They have a terrible noise anytime you move that was so loud it would wake whoever was sleeping. The condo was stocked really well for our party of 10 and had a beautiful view, but we didnt sleep well on the beds at all. Also, the coffee pot did not work and there was no coffee shops close. "

"Stayed for a few nights. It was "hotel clean," but there were cobwebs and dirty vent fans. Small things, but the place could use a good spring cleaning. Sad thing is, for a nice place you sure can hear people walking and talking above. Owners seemed like they try but can't help that the insulation above is not there so you hear A LOT."

"Toilets in bad shape. Big wasp nest in between the screen and patio door full of red wasps. Porch light didn’t work. Had to use phone flashlight to see to put code in at night. Terrible cleaning fee when I left it as clean or cleaner as it was when I got there."

"Great location. Wifi was only functional 2 of the 6 days we stayed. I contacted the owner about the wifi issue but nothing was resolved. The walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the unit next to us snoring at night. The pool was nice but the hot tub only worked 1 day. Bathroom and kitchen fixtures are starting to show their age. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Might stay again if they can get the wifi issues resolved."
