This is our second time here and, as with our previous stay, we had a very pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. As the 2-queen room we booked online might have been needed by another family with kids, staff offered to upgrade us to a suite at no extra cost--score! The suite was pretty nice offering a separate living area with its own TV. It was roomy, clean, comfortable. Continental serve yourself breakfast was a nice added touch; fruit, instant oatmeal, prepared cheese...

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good especially compared to other similar properties. Each morning, they changed their menu and it was always quite tasty. The staff kept everything full [buffet style] and they were always ready for a crowd.
The restaurant next to the Best Western served a very tasty dinner. The menu was mostly Indian food . I requested it to be mild and they had no issues with my request.

We stayed at Rest for our anniversary and were welcomed warmly. The staff went out of their way to make us enjoy our experience! Thomas the general manager was great, he made us reservations at Taste and told us about the area. The restaurant is owned by the same couple that owns Rest. Outstanding meal and staff at Taste as well. They all really made our night special. This is a diamond in the rough!!!

Beautiful, quiet and extremely clean. Staff were great! Nice restaurant in the hotel but the menu is very limited. Mexican restaurant also walking distance from hotel, the food there was great! Starbucks, BelAir, yogurt place within walking distance as well. Overall, great place to stay!

The view from the window was incredible, the room was spacious and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the shower was to die for. New favorite place to stay in Amador County

We really enjoyed our stay at Robins Nest Bed & Breakfast. Check-in process was quick, we were greeted by owners and they made us feel welcomed. We were given a tour of the hotel and were offered complimentary refreshments. Both rooms that we booked were nice and clean, WI-Fi and TV worked fine. Multi course breakfast was awesome! We had a great time! Can't wait to go back again some day!
Bill and Karen both are great and easy going people. Highly recommend!

Having stayed over a week at this hotel I discovered it is the staff that makes or breaks the place, at least in the smaller hotels (under 75 rooms). Every employee, from housekeeper to cook was courteous and friendly without going overboard & appearing fake. I watched a young man on the housekeeping staff literally make my bathroom shine, and that was after I gave him the option to just skip my room (I am a very neat person and didn't think my bathroom was even dirty until he finished). Stayed one night with 2 children. The hotel was very clean. The kids loved the indoor pool and breakfast in the morning. All the staff was very friendly. And a huge plus the Wi-Fi was very easy to access and had a excellent signal. I would definitely stay here again.
