“Clean, friendly ”

“Room wasn't ready when we got there at 4:00 pm. We did not have towels, asked hotel staff and they just laughed it up, did not do anything about it and just kind of had the "oh well attitude". Trying to contact owner for a refund and won't answer phone. Horrible breakfast unless you like buying your breakfast at the Dollar Store.”

“Very quiet area and facility. Rooms are dated but clean. Pool was out of order, and people were smoking pot down the hall from us. Otherwise, the experience was good.”

“I travel a lot, and this was the dumpiest hotel I’ve stayed in by far. The common areas were shabby. Our bathroom door didn’t close and the shower didn’t work. It’s hard to rate the cleanliness because of how decrepit the walls and floor were. The breakfast consisted of waffles, muffins, yogurt, bananas and juice. Usually there was no one at the front desk. I will never use this hotel again.”

“It’s a very beautifully rustic hotel. It felt cozy. Rooms are big and spacey. Staff are very nice and helpful. The Continental Breakfast was good and had lots of option. The Waterpark was just right for smaller kids and the Arcade was a hit as well. Would stay again. The only bad thing my family and I agreed upon was the mattresses were not comfortable. We were glad we brought our own pillows.”
