"The room was clean and fully stocked with what we needed for our stay. We had the ocean front condo and the view was amazing. The pool heater was broken, and we didn't have water access from the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This property is not at all as it appears on Expedia. While the Front Office Manager was lovely, the property is very dated and tired looking. When we walked into our room we were overwhelmed by the smell of mildew such that we could not stay. We left the key on the counter and searched for another property. When we told the Front Office Manager we did not stay she did offer to move us to another room but given the property was not at all what we expected we declined. While the staff must have done their best to clean, because of the age of the property there is only so much that can be done. If you are looking for an authentic, tired, 1950s style Key West property...this is the one. Triple check what you see on Expedia as it isn't always what you get. Disappointing.... "
