“The villas were not as described in Expedia. No blackout shades. Don’t plan on sleeping late. Window treatments broken and a lot of light comes through. The golf cart pickup is spotty at best and the villas are a long hot walk from main resort attractions. There was a family of 40 having a photo shoot behind my villa and set up camp there for 4 hours. Sitting on our porch steps as well. Called to complain and security never came. There was poop in the lagoon….i think it came out of babies……

“The location of the hotel is excellent, and from the outside the property looks beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the experience changed completely once we entered the room. The rooms and bathrooms felt outdated and poorly maintained, more like a 2-star hotel than what you would expect for the price being charged. In my opinion, it is not worth the money. Another disappointment was that the hotel does not have its own restaurant, so guests must go to the neighboring Amara Cay Resort……
