We had the place to ourselves. Pool was great, breakfast was lovely, room and bed were comfortable. Not much shower water pressure and a bit out of town, but for one night it was just fine. Best to have a car, as the are no Ubers in Izamal.

This is one of the most beautiful and graceful plplaces I have ever seen. The restaurant was the best one we tried in izamal. Even if you don't stay here, go look at it. So lovingly restored.
