“It was very clean. Staff was great. It was everything i hoped it would be”

“We have been to Natchez many times, and talked about staying here. I’m glad that we did, because the staff was very nice and accommodating. The location is prefect, and the view from our room was amazing. We especially enjoyed the large flowering pink trees outside our window. Even though it was hot outside we still went for a walk along the river. The beds were very comfortable. However we were not impressed with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom was okay, but the floor was not clean,……

“The room advertised does not look anything like the room it is we got in the hotel. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. It was not made up. There was soap in the tub that was melted. When we went to the office. There was another customer complaining, wanting a refund they were told corporate would not allow that they put us in another room. The last room in town it had gnats and was dirty. Highly recommend stay away.”

“Only good thing about the room was the AC. Tub was filthy the toilet ringing around the tub no towels,carpet dirty. Oh don’t forget the smell in the room and dirty trash can.”

“Opponent arrival, I used the lobby restroom, which had flies and bugs in it. The furniture in the lobby was filthy and worn out. I arrived an hour early and they said they still had not cleaned the room yet so I said I would gladly wait. Upon a visual inspection of the room after they cleaned it, it had been hastily done. Sheets were not changed and everything reeked of some industrial cleaning fluid. Expedia did give me a $25 return of my money that I used on an alternate hotel that evening.……

“The rooms are pure filth. I had to go to Walmart just to clean up. The bathrooms are horrible. All the hotels in the area were sold out or I would have left immediately. I bought my own sheets and towel.”

“The owner of the house, Colleen was like an angel. My grandmother lived in the same neighborhood as Sunnyside and I had no idea and I know she would be happy that I ended up in the Hands of such a beautiful soul. She cooks like an amazing southern chef and is so hospitable. She has two very friendly and beautiful dogs and makes you feel right at home. I came for a family reunion and I think I added to the family! My husband and I are extremely happy and we can’t wait to come back!”
