“Room was clean and staff were friendly on the 2nd night. The first night we got ignored by the desk agent and then when the other agent finally assisted us we asked for a quiet room and she placed us in the noisiest room available, right next to the kitchen and street window where their loading trucks are running along with loading. A lot of noise from banging and workers yelling. I would suggest you ask to see the room if you looking for a quiet room.”

“Pool spa was not heating. Need a convenience store in hotel to buy water toiletries etc. otherwise great property and we will stay there again.”

“The hotel is centrally located, the staff were polite. A few gripes - the building is ancient and my room was very dark. I really prefer sunlight in the room. Also they made a mess of the breakfast. First I had to tell them during check in that breakfast was included, then they gave 1 coupon to present at the restaurant. And then I had to go back the next day to ask for more coupons. Why Hilton must you do this mess of a process for breakfast? Learn from Hyatt please.”
