Hotel contacted us before our stay to check any requests and were kind enough to say even though check in not till 3pm and we needed to be at our wedding for 2:30 said we could leave our luggage and do the check in process and collect key after the wedding, but when we arrived the room was ready so they let us go straight to the room. “We had a lovely stay in a comfortable room. We had a nice dinner in the bar which was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and served with a smile. And the beer’s not bad either!”

“Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. ”

“Had a lovely relaxing time with my girlfriend and her husband, room was so clean and had everything we needed, absolutely loved being able to log into Netflix on the tv which was a great size. We were checked in by a lovely young man who also served us our food, he was very attentive and even brought us extra sides for our burgers. “Staff very friendly on arrival, room lovely and clean. I had a pizza from the restaurant and they brought it to my room- tasted amazing !! Nice beds, lovely breakfast. Would recommend and will stay again. Only slight niggle only 1 bottle of water in the room for 3 people and 1 pack of biscuits. I appreciate putting 3 bottles in might be a waste but 2 between the 3 of us would have been better and 2 packs of biscuits would have meant we could all have 1 biscuit.
