"The room & staff were excellent along with the breakfast buffet. The admission to the spa along with payment process was absolutely user unfriendly and difficult. Since the spa is part of the hotel it should be complimentary if not should be able to charge to the room."

"We spent about 5 days and nights at this location, the staff was beyond friendly and understanding to foreigners! The rooftop terrace was a huge plus if you plan to just relax and have coffee in the morning or for a chill night in. The breakfast, lunch and dinner options available were also delicious and affordable. The hotel is located in a prime spot to access the Kawaski station, making your travel into Tokyo fairly simple as well. I would highly recommenced Slash for your stay!! And to be honest this Hotel is first on my list given I take another trip into Tokyo."

"This hotel is one of the few that offers a shuttle service to Haneda Airport. It is in a quiet neigborhood and within walking distance of shops and restraunts. The room was comfortable. The only thing we did not care for is there was no one to check us in. It is an automated check in system and somewhat confusing. Eventually someone came out to help us but I really missed being greeted by real people (there are animatronic characters behind the desk, but that's just not the same!)"
