The room was basic and clean. The service staff was great - very friendly and accommodating.
I understand the local water shortage and therefore no bathtub plug. It would have been nice to know ahead of time as we weren’t aware before arrival and our children wanted to bathe.
Additionally, the shower leaked all over the bathroom each time it was used.
Finally, the security spotlight shines directly into the room through the frosted glass in the front door. Please install a window shade for the door glass.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and hope our honest feedback will be acted on accordingly. We’d definitely stay again.

One piece of information I wish we had known before arriving. 1) Checkin time is 2 pm and this is exactly the tone they serve lunch . "Absolutely wonderful stay. Our driver Leigh was excellent - thank you! The whole team are brilliant, the location on the river is stunning and we went via boat for part of one drive. Saw heaps of animals on safari. An unforgettable experience."
