Our studio apartment is ideally situated just 4 blocks from the vibrant Duval Street and 3 blocks from the Historic Seaport Marina.

It has a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep, 2 comfortable living room couches, a kitchenette and a basic (a bit outdated) private bathroom.

Step outside to your private porch, surrounded by lush gardens and swaying palm trees. Enjoy the tranquility of our lively street while still being close to all the action.

The space:
Old Conch house from 1890, build by a ship captain and part of a Key West family for decades. We were so lucky to buy this house and live our Key West dream. We occupy the back of the house, the upper floor is rented to two locals.

Guest access:
From the porch with seating area you enter the apartment. The studio consists of a living room with Kitchenette (not a full kitchen) and open entry to the sleeping area with King size bed. From the sleeping area there is a door to a separate basic shower, toilet and washroom. The living and sleeping area have 2 ceiling fans, a window AC and an extra separate AC next to the bed. The apartment is accessible with an code for easy check in.

Other things to note
The house has 2 apartments upstairs and one in the back (where we live). It is the perfect location if you prefer to be close to the action, but prefer to stay in a quieter space. The bathroom is basic, as is the kitchenette.

Bicycles can be rented 2 blocks away, the launderette is 2 blocks away.
