THE LIVING AREA…
The spacious living area is located in the rear of the home, with a large flat screen TV surrounded by comfortable seating options for everyone in your group. The back wall of glass sliding doors allows a ton of natural light to flow in. Preparing gourmet meals from home is easy thanks to the fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The indoor dining table sits right next to the kitchen and offers seating for six. There’s a convenient powder room located in the downstairs hallway.
THE POOL AREA...
A truly unique feature of this home is the large sliding pocketed doors on the back of the house that create an epic indoor/outdoor living space, when open. Step out to the fully fenced backyard, which is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping to provide maximum privacy. Take a dip in the heated saltwater pool to relax after a long day of walking the streets of Old Town. The backyard gets plenty of sun throughout the day and there are chaise lounges on the pool deck for laying out. Treat your group to a poolside BBQ using the propane grill and outdoor dining table with seating for six.
