“I experienced some difficulty at check-in. The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”
