“The place needs updated but the people who work there are super nice!!!especially the food lady on Monday morning i wish I knew her name Monday July 13th she was really sweet !!And the housekeeper too that same day she was very nice The power went out the morning we left so we couldn't get ice .It was crazy we heard a big boom and the power shut off The door was hard to open because it was one that was automatic .My only issue was the smell of smoke in the hallway and it needs updating”

“The hotel itself charged me after Expedia also charged me. The charges pended for 3 days before posting, right before the weekend and I have to wait until Monday to talk to the manager to get my money refunded. Our party had several fraudulent charges from this property. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.”

“The Quality Inn at Port Huron was terrible. The property was not maintained. Weeds everywhere. When I went to check in there was a motorbike inside in the front door. I could barely get in. No one was a the front desk. The desk clerk came in from outside smelling of weed. Checked me in. We were in a hurry because we were attending a wedding. When we arrived back later in the evening our room smelled of stale smoke. Cigarette butts were on the floor. We always request a non smoking……

“The room was horrible. The chairs were broken and worn. The closet doors are stained and didn't close properly. The suitcase holder was broken. Stand alone lamps were both askew and damaged. The desk laminate is broken and falling off as was the laminate on the entertainment unit. The surfaces of the mini fridge, desk, and entertainment unit were greasy. The repairs made to wall damage or broken trim and fixtures was amateurish. Finally, the carpet was stained in multiple places and overall……
