“This home had everything we needed and hoped for, even amenities that are hit and miss at other places were here. The kitchen is well stocked, the owners are excellent at communicating and checking in, and having 2 tv's was nice so the kids could watch their shows and the adults could watch theirs. Cutely decorated and clean. ”

“Very nice rental space with all the amenities. Easy access to 405 and close to many restaurants, stores, shops, grocery stores and Lake Washington. Host was communicative and provided great direction. We stayed for almost a week and it was very comfortable and had lots of space. Would stay here again.”

“Host was kind and accommodating, with that said it’s under the hosts house so it’s noisy and the noise lasted until around 11:30…. Nothing crazy just some dogs and doors slamming , I think they were grilling out. I have no problem with the activity except started at 9:30Pm and went on until nearly midnight. I have two kids with me so it was not ideal in my situation. House was set up great, yard was fabulous, parking was lovely, hot tub I did not swim in although I brought my own chemicals it……

“The property was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and residential. It was located centrally and close to both Kirkland and Bellevue. We appreciated the easy communication with the hosts and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ”

“Blown away by rooftop setup and loved the place overall”

“The host communicated excellently, and the property was very clean with comfortable beds. Great amenities like coffee and shampoo/soap were provided, and the location was excellent. The only minor drawback was that the couch was quite small and not very comfortable, which would be an easy improvement and would make the property nearly perfect. Overall, everything else was great.”

“This home and property is absolutely beautiful. Shawn was a great host. Highly recommend this property.”
