"We were there for Easter. Everyone and kids showed up for Easter egg hunt but there was no Easter egg hunt. Staff claimed that we missed it! In front of 4 different parents. We all knew it was a lie. We were all there. We didn’t need to check out until later that day but in order to pack and enjoy Easter egg hunt with kids we had to pack up early that morning and load the car. This caused a very disappointed and sad child (for us) I could tell others were in the same boat. We should’ve enjoyed the pool instead!! Staff wasn’t prepared or forgot about the entire event."
