“The ideal vacation renta!! Conveniently located near Eureka, Arcata, Ferndale, Founder’s Grove, Moonstone Beach, Sue-Mef etc. Perfect size for our family (and dog) and beautifully located amongst a forest of redwoods and ferns. View from windows and back patio were green and lush. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and basic pantry items. “This is a really run down hotel. Carpet is throughly stained, floors are sagging, and the deck is not even close to level. No staff were onsite, it was all remote. Didn't feel safe, didn't stay the night.”

“The hotel is in a historic building with beautiful wood accents throughout. The staff are nice and try to be helpful. However, we were disappointed given the price we paid. Amenities include a restaurant on-site. While this is technically true, this is misleading since it is only open Thursday through Sunday in the high season.
